Pool Screen Repair Lakewood Ranch Palmaire

Pool screen repair Lakewood Ranch Palm Aire

So last week I got a call to repair a pool enclosure screen in Palm Aire, which is just west of Lakewood Ranch. After braving the traffic near the University Mall I finally made it.

I walked up to the door and met a sweet older lady who said she needed screen installed as well as look at her screen door problem.

The first pool screen repair that was needed was on the ceiling of the pool cage which can be a little trickier than most unless you have the right equipment. Now this wasn’t your ordinary screen panel. It was covered with trees and bushes, so I put on my landscaper’s hat and helped out the nice woman. I believe in karma so paid it forward a little, and helped her out. She quickly asked me if I did Sarasota screen repair because she had a rental house near Palmer Ranch. I told her I did, but I just wanted to make sure hers was finished before looking into a Sarasota pool cage screen repair

She said I was highly recommended to do an excellent job to have her Lanai screens repaired. Well I guess I had a lot to live up to! So, I got up on my Little giant ladder that I usually use for screen repair and rescreening jobs. I Finished up the ceiling patio screens within a couple hours. She was happy to keep out the bugs and for keeping leaves and sticks off of her Lanai and pool.

Screen Repair and Rescreening for Pets

She asked me if I could do a little more pool cage rescreening, specifically with pet screen, because she had cats that would climb on her patio screens. She had 2 screen panels near the bottom of the pool patio that look like they had been through a warzone. Since I have cats jumping on screens at my house as well, I totally understood why she needed pet screen. We put on heavy duty pet screen near the screen door as well as on the screen door where the cats would climb. Now this screen won’t hold on forever, but it will last a lot longer than your standard rescreening.

I asked her if I did a quality job and if she was happy with my screen repair. She said of course! But… Can you look at one more thing for me, she said. Or should I just wait till the next time you’re in Lakewood Ranch? Well I live 10 minutes away, so “up in lakewood ranch” is not really the case…

Rescreening Job-Spline Falling Out

Of course, I couldn’t refuse. She said the rubber strips were coming out of her patio screen near the exit.  I took a quick look at it and knew exactly what the problem was. Somebody put in the screen spline backwards. This is common, so I ripped it out quickly threw up some new spline in the correct direction and she was all set. She was very happy that she received pool cage rescreening and quality service….and at a reasonable price!
